Roasting Beans started due to a simple love of coffee and our family's drive to keep moving forward.
We are a neurodivergent online social enterprise that roasts coffee fresh weekly for you to enjoy. The beans we use are specialty grade, with focus on fair trade, organic, sustainable, small farms.
Peru
Coffee is Peru’s most prominent agricultural commodity. Peru is also an organic coffee hotspot with over 200,000 organic coffee farms.
Small farms within the Central Highlands of Chanchamayo are spread across 1500 to 2400 masl (meters above sea level). They are part of the larger region of Junin. The fruit-forward coffees that grow here are filled with notes of cacao nibs, pomegranates, and fresh fruit like clementine and green apple, great balance.
Minca refers to a special camaraderie between farmers. During non-harvest periods, groups of neighbors travel from farm to farm, working together on what needs to be done. Then they move on to the next farm until everyone’s needs are met. This idea of caring for the whole – this social bond – is known as Minca.

Whole bean coffee orders are roasted fresh on the weekly basis, specific to your order.
